The recipe was created by the Poltergeist founder (aka the Poltergeist himself) and distilled by our partners ‘Devon Distillery‘, a specialist distillery company located in Ipplepen who produce many artisan products.
Tonic Pairing
We recommend a light tonic water, such as Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water.
A double measure of 50cl is recommended and by using this style of tonic you can ensure the embodiment of the gin is elevated and not overthrown by it’s partner in crime.
